Sphere Consulting LLC (Sphere) is pleased to announce the addition of former Department of Defense Head of Protocol Cynthia Faulkner as Senior Advisor in our Washington, D.C office. Cynthia joins Sphere to counsel clients after nearly two decades working in Congress, Department of Defense, and as Director at Burson-Marsteller. While working on communications and outreach for the Secretary of Defense, Cynthia worked closely with Secretary of Defense nominee General James Mattis.
